Jasmeet places a strong emphasis on manual therapy and exercise, while educating patients on strategies to take control of their own health. He takes pride in incorporating evidence into his practice and making sure to treat all his patients with a holistic, and patient-centred approach. Jasmeet will take the time to gain a detailed understanding of your problems and create a comprehensive treatment program to help you minimize your pain and maximize function.
Outside of the clinic, Jasmeet enjoys weightlifting, playing basketball, indulging in music, and the creativity of graphic design.
Dr. Bottero has an elite background in hockey and track & field, including several OFSAA championships. He has a special interest in elite youth athletic performance, post-surgical rehabilitation, and optimizing human movement to improve quality of life and prevent injury. As an evidence-based chiropractor, he incorporates rehabilitative exercises with manual therapy during every appointment to help patients recover. Dr. Bottero strongly believes that active care, patient education, and a multidisciplinary approach to patient care are essential for sustained results.
Courtney loves to incorporate all of her knowledge into each session, offering her patients both manual therapy and exercise prescriptions as a way to heal and restore their body back to its optimal function. Courtney takes pride in empowering and educating her clients on the inner workings of their body and takes the time to help each client understand how to build long term and lasting changes so that they can live a pain-free and vibrant life.
Maya’s main approach is patient-centered care and helping individuals reach their specific goals. She is very passionate about helping others in an orthopedic setting. Using an evidence-based practice, Maya believes she can help get patients back to the things they enjoy most.
She has also participated in sports for most of her life. Maya has been playing volleyball for over 10 years on both indoor and outdoor beach courts. She also really enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends and watching movies.
He practices an evidenced-based and patient-centered approach that focuses on overall health and quality of life. Treatment protocol is individualized to the patient and the focus is on relieving pain, gaining strength, facilitating healing, and preventing further complications.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys going to the gym, spending time outdoors, and is a true sports lover, who has been involved in many community sport organizations.
James' passion lies in coaching and mentoring others. As a health therapist and educator, he has had the privilege of working with Canadian professional hockey team, the Toronto Marlies, and has years of coaching experience with the girls 14U and 15U Etobicoke Titans Volleyball Club.
To help patients recover from injury and improve their quality of life, Dr. Jajwan endorses an integrative and dynamic approach to health care by incorporating functional assessment protocols, myofascial release therapy, joint manipulation, neurofunctional acupuncture, therapeutic taping, and rehabilitative exercise. He actively works with medical doctors, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, personal trainers, and other health care practitioners as he believes that a collaborative approach is essential to patient health care.
Dr. Jajwan’s special interests include functional movement training, high-intensity circuit training, sports injury rehabilitation, and sports nutrition. He currently works with various patient populations including experienced and novice athletes.
Her specialties include: Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, cupping, prenatal and postnatal massage, and passive stretching technique .
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves traveling, listening to music, watching movies, and taking the time to relax.
While pursuing her journey at PHP, she discovered her true passion: nutrition. In 2021, she graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and acquired her diploma as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™. Using nutritional coaching and dietary intervention, she continues to provide personalized support to clients and leads them to live healthier lifestyles for a better quality of life.
Britney truly believes there is no substitute for hard work. She continues to inspire and instill this in her administrative team through ongoing clinical training and mentorship. With the knowledge and experience she has gained, she continually educates and empowers others to feel their best.

With over a decade of experience in national-level competition, Dr. Myles has high-level expertise working with racquet-sport and endurance athletes.
Dr. Myles goes above and beyond during treatment sessions and empowers you with tools and resources to help and maintain improvements long-term. As an expert at prescribing therapeutic exercises and postural advice, Dr. Myles’ passion for holistic health extends to nutrition and mindfulness to offer his patients a complete wellness approach.

Jharna has also successfully rehabilitated clients with post Total Knee and Hip Replacements.
Jharna preferred mode of treatment is Manual therapy, Soft Tissue Release techniques augmented with application of various modalities, exercises and client education.

She is passionate about women's health and has advanced training in Pelvic health Physiotherapy completing 3 levels with Pelvic Health Solutions and specialized training in Pregnancy related Pelvic girdle pain. She strives to provide a comfortable environment and open dialogue around pelvic health issues including Urinary Incontinence, Urgency/ Frequency, Fecal Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Constipation, Perineal pain (Vulvodynia, Vaginismus, Dyspareunia, Vestibulodynia), Pre & post-partum care, Urologically-based pelvic pain (Bladder pain syndrome/Interstitial cystitis), Gynaecologically-based pelvic pain (Endometriosis, Dysmenorrhea)

Catherine has treated patients at the Wound Care Centre at Women’s College Hospital, LAMP Community Health Centre, and the Michener Chiropody Clinic. These clinics helped her gain invaluable expertise on dermatological, biomechanical, surgical, musculoskeletal, and geriatric care. She is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at the prestigious Michener Institute of Education.
To expand his knowledge and help patients achieve their goals, John continues to advance his education by taking courses such as Applied Functional Science, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations (e.g. edge tool & cupping). He is also a sports massage therapist certified candidate with the Canadian Sports Massage Therapy Association.
She recently completed her certification in Hot Stone Therapy, and in addition to being an RMT, Rhodina also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the Philippines.
